Who cares about what Koh has done in other cases.

There's plenty of evidence that supports her and there is plenty that doesn't support her. Both sides have been presented here to some level.

THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS! How was Koh in this case.

I've seen plenty of valid information that shows her incompetence's in this case and yet to see any good counters to that information.

The fact that they didn't deny the mandamus and decided to hear it is obviously great news. It's going to get interesting. Like I've always said and still say, I like our chances.
