There should NOT be an 8-K if the investors bring in the money into the Shell, Universal Express Aviation (read here! http://usxp.de/viewtopic.php?t=143) instead of directly into USXP - right?

Universal Express Aviation documents were filed, 14. December 2006 - ANS traded 500,000 Shares 2 days ago - Money is there.

And I remember this from the shell pr:

"it's initial share base will be in the form of a dividend to our USXP shareholders of record, to be announced in the near future".

I guess the future is near!
