He is in the first one talking. Looks to me he may be in a casino and just been drinking or something. Collar askew, audio is crap, his content unrehearsed and not very polished. Very crappy video in my opinion.

The second video (Minera Virray) is just flat out comedy. If this is what the amature Tino traders are buying this stock for you had better watch this crap mining show before you hit the buy button.

The video shows two guys standing around while one guy is loading a harbor freight like mining device with top dirt, totally hilarious.
