I don't get it either. Why do they need us?

PCTL advertised YESTERDAY in the Middle East & Africa about their Oil solution THAT ALREADY a SLAM DUNK with Hydrolyte! They already know what the results are for Catholyte in the lab. They are looking for confirmation. Why did they not wait until the test is over to start worldwide advertising...hmmmm.

If they find out that the dual headed monster is the green/environmentally sensitive solution for the Oil world with BILLIONS of gallons needed, my discussions here end...for good!!!
