Newest DL "Fast-tracked" ticker $ARAT 02/18/2021 Motion to Require Written Proofs of Claim then 03/02/2021 Status Check. Case # A-20-825346-B and search the case here http://www.clarkcountycourts.us/. Had a bunch of filings dropped with NVSOS and got that current.

On the look out for certificate of destination soon and SEC 8-K after Proofs of Claims is done (or after the proceeding born out of the proof of claims process). Then he can update TA if he needs to any so on. Hopefully sale in Q2 or Q3 2021
