Company use to be on the NYSE and in filings they pays execs in thousands of shares not millions or tens of millions or hundreds of million of shares. I'm guessing the float was under 1M like GSHN was with similar small share size pay outs. CBPI got de-listed from NYSE in 2013. CBPI was CBP then if I am not mistaken when on NYSE. Hopefully, the float is under 2M here.

CBPI has 37,239,536 OS with unknown unrestricted shares and float. The major gamble/pay off once we get appointment is paying the TA and getting the TA current. Once that happens we will know what is up with the OS and Float. Very exciting to get in on a small float this early before it settles much higher especially considering no filings were dropped since 2013 increasing shares.
