Company has stated there is no debt and will be no need for toxic funding, no dilution. Well thats most likely confusing for most on the OTC since this is extremely rare. This just means shareholders will never have to worry about dilution, just sustained PPS growth as the company grows and expands. Just buyers and sellers, and you can bet shareholders are going to be willing to hold this stock a long time because the normal fears on the OTC is dilution and then a RS and a huge SS. Company has also stated no RS, well there certainly will not be a need for one down the road with no dilution unless they want to up=list to a major exchange like the Nasdaq.

So if confused on why no RS, this company cares about shareholders, most companies do not on the OTC. The SS is perfect, this leadership wants confident long-term shareholders.

So why no toxic funding needed, well simple fact is they have proper funding lined up to be able to publicly announce that imo and revenues ready to kick in and grow, how else could the company get proper funding. Let that sink in.

Just something to consider before selling under ??? .10? .25? who knows but lets wait for a few company updates. Common sense and facts sure take most of the fears out of this investment imo,, you can thank the company leadership for that. So hard to find on the OTC
