Well, I suggest you do a little DD and read the details of the collaboration with Gary Indiana, and those of us who attended the zoom meeting where the ambassador from Honduras discussed their collaboration with Akyumen it will give a clearer perspective. His California law suit with an impatient investor who became disgruntled, when they didn't presell the 10000 phones needed for a production run in the time frame they had anticipated. Out of all the investors and the 7000 people that purchased phones and got refunds as promised he was the only one. That is being taken care of, every startup has some kind of bumps along the way.
