I had the same exact treatment in September, IV’s were always done at night like 11pm or later not that I ever got much sleep. I had so many things going in me, including oxygen, I can’t say for sure how much remdesivir helped. I do know I never experienced a eureka type moment, from remdesivir, during my 11-day stay in the hospital. I was starting to feel a little better before the five-day protocol started & it ended two days before I was released. I do recall thinking, based on what I knew at the time, I wish I had a Brilacidin option. I have to believe my recovery would have been felt faster & had me out of the hospital sooner!
