Who is selling?? The Company - likely, but why?

IMO I expect a pump coming, someone is getting loaded, I thought it was bad the last few weeks but today, wow! I'd expect the company needs operating capital while working through the PM patent infringement which could take anything from months to years. The opportunity is now to dilute to ensure the company can remain a going concern until a settlement or ruling. If they settled out of court or if went to ruling, say you expect a $1b or more settlement plus damages, at todays published O/S that's $0.01 per share, even at a maxed A/S its 0.0013 per share, and that is taking into consideration the 20% cut the legal team will take prior to the company or shareholders seeing any of the money. I would expect but don't know, the legal representation is not getting paid by the hour as they see a huge windfall legal settlement being far larger than any pay as you go fee.

It's likely a reverse split will occur before any settlement happens to reduce the A/S and make it more palatable for any serious investor, but at these prices, with the patent infringement case looming, volume flowing into the stock, a real revenue generating business and being current with filings, I personally think, its worth throwing a few hundred bucks at!

I am long and all of the above is IMO, but personally will be holding this for the long term.
