Well, I did not want to put out any type of anticipatory public news to the board at this point. Just thought it would only set us up for TOO much specualtion for next week.

Anyhow, here it is: I had some communication with Larry, and Dalian is anticipated to finalize very soon!! D/W's are on track and being worked out, and as usual, there may be some modification to time frames, but will still be to our benefit.
