That legal document is almost 2 years old. In all the time since it was created, erhe share price has not moved out of the 4 year old range of 0 to 1/10 of a penny. The document has had absolutely zero affect on erhe's value.

The made up stories about short sellers in secret foreign accounts has been circulated for over 4 years and it too has had no affect on the share price.

Of course no proof has ever been presented to show erhe short positions exist, just as there is no proof that anything in the 400 page document will add any value to erhe shares. Potential investors knows this, and so do the stuck longs. Result price near zero, volume near zero and more bs heaped on the ever growing bullish pile of crap every day.
