The CEO said that these shares can be sold at any time. There’s 3 holders who own ~100 million shares each. The holders can choose to convert tomorrow or 2 years from now.....we’ll never get to know exactly when

He again said no RS or increase in AS

So, what we have here is an almost maxed out AS and a trader friendly commitment from the CEO that there will be no RS or increase in AS
