It is possible you will be right.

There is so much to like about VNUE, and their vision is really great, so please keep that in mind when you read the following, because it's not going to sound like I feel this way, but I do.

The way I see it, the stock risk-reward is only around 1/10th as good now as it was when the stock was 1/10th the price it's at now because the announcements they have made since then don't have much near or mid term value -- ie they aren't the meaty announcements that are needed to prove that the beta tests went well and that big dollars are coming quickly.

The restaurant is a good short term play right around the opening. But Soundstr has been 80-90% ready per the company for over 2 years, so my impression is if the restaurant opened 2 years ago they could have put a Soundstr unit in it then. I feel the value in the restaurant isn't Soundstr also because it's their own restaurant. Instead the value is the new franchise possibility with the same guy who played a BIG role in Hard Rock cafe. That's a cool connection with potential for expansion.

The concerts are still 6-9 months away due to corona so I don't place much value in those at this point either. The Rob Thomas tour didn't bring in anything close to the expectations either. I think it has potential but it's too far off to affect the price much. Maybe I'm underestimating that side too much.

So, to me it's the beta tests that matter the most in the near and medium term and we don't know how well they went or if they are still ongoing. That's a medium-sized concern for me. Why didn't commercialization begin when they said it would? Do they have to go back and fix or enhance some things? If so, could those things take a long time as we've seen in the past for Soundstr, or might they only take a couple of months?

Closely related to the beta tests is the funding. Why is the large funding delayed so much that it requires a smaller interim funding? With all of the big connections - especially Jock - why hasn't the funding already happened? Couldn't it have happened over a year ago? How many people here remember that Zach talked about that big round of financing in the video he made in May of 2019?

I think these are reasonable questions that we don't have good answers for. Maybe we'll get the Kracken in a few weeks or even tomorrow. But there is a reason these things have been delayed and that none of the beta testers has been announced as a new, paying clients.

sorry Red, I'd love to be on fire again, I guess I have some doubts that didn't matter so much when the price was at .0030 but for me do matter more when it is at .015

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
