There was certainly no doubt that it was going to trial. Looks like another media circus that will take a year+ and hundreds of thousands of dollars for what will probably be a not guilty verdict (saying that without hearing all of the evidence of course). I will only hope that justice is done, and hope the facts come out. Certainly if Kobe is guilty I hope he is punished, and if this is a BS case, I hope that the girl and DA are punished in some way. In any case, a no win situation for all involved.
