I think he is ensuring the stock is not pumped by 3rd party promos using incorrect info that could harm STHC and the Ameca merger. Canada is much more strict on penny stocks and such and would kill any chances of using STHC is a CE or worse was put on the stock.

You had people putting out false claims about gold and other items when the company has not made any public comments what so ever. They are being careful, I mean if you had a potential multi billion dollar merger pending I am sure you would be extra careful too, do you think he cares if he hurts penny stock flippers feelings to try and get this merger done? I know the same flippers could care less about the merger or thecompany so he needs to do what he needs to do to ensure it gets done
