Time to face the music and realize Lazar screwed each and every XMET shareholder over by increasing the AS and making all 8.27 billion shares outstanding valid. Without some sort of miracle this thing is going nowhere. Expect a Name Change and RS to be filed as soon as custodianship is terminated.
