And in Aug, it traded at .005 and today at .0008. In Aug. investors were fooled into think that updated financials meant news of a merger was coming within days. That was 5 months ago.
"That past is not important?" Seriously? What else do you have to judge the performance of a company? When you pick a stock you mean to tell me you don't look at it's past before buying?

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
