Sunspotter..... In general, I believe in vaccines and take vaccines but vaccines that have been properly tested. Why is it that most vaccines that we take took years of research. It took these long periods to study because that was the only way they could know what long term effects there were.

Due to the pandemic, Big Pharma/FDA have rushed to get approval of 3 mRNA vaccines in less than one year. All we know about these mRNA drugs is they are relatively safe in the short term....that is it.

Many doctors around the world have said there could be issues such as our DNA changing, making us more venerable to future viruses and even possible sterilization in women. Do we even know if pregnant women were tested in these trials?

I am in my 60's, so several of these potential issues don't apply to me. But my concern is for my children who are still looking to have additional children and who have their lives ahead of them.

Drug companies, like Moderna and Pfizer were given billions to cover their development costs and the government has provided them with complete immunity from any potential long term effects from their drugs. Pretty good deal for them......little to no developmental costs, no risk from lawsuits and potential to make billions.

The bottom line is that if these drugs would have been tested for 3 to 4 year, I would be much more comfortable in recommending them to my children and friends.
