Becoming current when filing unaudited financials is a old pumpers trick - a blind monkey can file financials when a company is dark and doesn't file with the SEC.

The OTCM doesn't vet the financials - companies that don't file with the SEC shouldn't be quoted.

Companies like CATV are setup to fleece novice investors.
