Very little: minor deltoid soreness for 24 hours after each dose, maybe a little fatigue after second dose, and very minor redness and itchiness. Well worth it knowing 95% less likely to get Covid, 100% less likely to get severe Covid, and hopefully less likely to pass along to loved ones. Our hospital system has administered over 15,000 doses, and I haven't heard of any real serious problems. One coworker the next day stayed home with flu-like symptoms of fatigue, achy, and fever, but recovered quickly - and that's the worst I've heard.

Hopefully everyone can get vaccinated and soon to get to herd immunity. But, vaccine ramp up will take a while, and some people are too afraid or cautious and feel like it's not right for them at this time. So, there will continue to be a need for drugs like brilacidin to treat Covid and other coronaviruses/mutations that will show up in the future.
