After dissemination of information yesterday (via Twitter) MMs can do it. No ramifications for that. BUT... I did put in a little call to a friend at FINRA this morning to look into what happened on Friday. I worked for NASD (now FINRA) for years and still have contacts there.

Somebody is already checking into what happened Friday. I seriously doubt it would be Korenko, but if an individual who would be privy to information prior to public disclosure of the FDA response sold on Friday; they may not enjoy paying the fine(s).
