You're talking about two different things, and perhaps I should have been more clear in my descriptions. The subs are registered in New Zealand and have to keep their business documents up to date to stay active & legitimate, just like any business anywhere would. What those updates did is now officially tie Agrokings to the subs, and hence the subs to SFIO. The filings we're waiting for on the OTC are for the ultimate parent company. So to meet OTC Market's requirements for pink current status and request a CE review, we are waiting on 2 yrs of annual filings and current year quarterlies for what was the SFIO shell.
