Dr. Kessler will not only lead the Covid-19 effort...he will be doing so as the FDA Commissioner!

Regarding the questions of:

1. Whether Kessler and DeGrado know each other from UCSF... and

2. Whether Kessler know's of DeGrado's work on Brilacidin ...

3. Whether Brilacidin is up front and on Kessler's radar as a significant therapeutic candidate for Covid-19

IMO the answer would be that there would be zero percent probability that Kessler does not know DeGrado VERY WELL, that Kessler does not know everything that there is to know so far about Brilacidin, and that Brilacidin is not on the top of Kessler's list of potential therapeutic candidates...for Covid-19.

So, one final question:

Is DeGrado a game-changing asset to IPIX/Brilacidin? I will leave that those who have an uncanny grasp of the obvious to answer that...

...but of course IMO.
