Its not ready to go online yet. Building a website doesn't just happen there many things that have to be made to talk to each other. There is lots of data that has to be entered. Then there is testing to make sure you can maneuver from one page to another and back with all the data. Along with making sure all spelling and numbers are correct. Just doesn't happen if you are building from bottom up. Yes you can dub in data on an already made form if you want to do it cheaply.
