1. Your post makes little sense.
2. I never post on social media.
3. This is literally the 3rd post I’ve ever done on this board.
4. I was just giving my opinion on why the absolute silence from both PASO and CLX, why the deleted CLX/JG posts on Twitter? IMO there’s something happening behind the scenes that has all the indications of lawyers being involved.
5. All PASO shareholders have been hurt by the decline in PPS. These shareholders made decisions in part or in whole on the representations in the LOI, subsequent updates, PR’s and social media posts that were then deleted. There is major misrepresentation here and reliance by shareholders on those misrepresentations.
6. IMO Maybe the deal went south and now all involved, PASO/CLX realize the repercussions of not moving forward. Possibly putting the RM back on track. Just trying to read the tea leaves on why the absolute silence by PASO/CLX. The silence doesn’t make any sense.
7. Not trying to troll or offend anyone but my Magic 8-ball keeps giving me inconsistent answers.
