$WCVC states themselves to be slated for a projected 44 million revenue in 3 years.

$WCVC intends to open 48 new locations and each location individually brings in 800,000$ - 1,000,000 revenue annually.

- 800,000$ x 48 = 38,400,000$
- 1,000,000$ x 48 = 48,000,000$

WCVC's 3yr estimate = 44 000 000$

Then $WCVC's projection of 44 million in 3 years is right on target. (Would be a low estimate IMO.)

Remember as well that after that point the entire estimated 44million starts to re-generate it self annually after.
It's not like it's a one time deal or one location
