The revere split is still on. People here are *hoping* that it will be canceled even though it has been approved by SNPW and the action is waiting on FINRA approval.

On August 25, 2020, the Board of Directors, having authority granted to them by the shareholder on August 26, 2019, took action to implement a reverse stock split at a ratio of 1000:1. The action is currently pending FINRA approval which has had substantial delays. due to Covid-19 operations.
