So does success. Neither are guaranteed. One of them isn't a goal. Missing timelines for that success might be something to bellyache about, but it is acceptable if the subject matter occurs. Missed timelines are potholes to be avoided, sometimes you hit them.

Make goals, tell me how long you think it will take, and I'll forgive the misses, when the goal is achieved.

It has already been confirmed they are still in a quiet period. No one has told me it is over with the latest round of financing. When news starts to roll out, that would be a good indication it is over.
