The #1 factor as I understand it is that the only way Nulixo is going to finally buy a processor is if they get a municipality to sign a 20 year or more agreement stating that Nulixo has the exclusive rights to their plastic waste. I'm sure there are several dozens of other factors that Nulixo also has to make sure of before and even after they get a plastic commitment before they move forward with PTOI...lots of red tape and logistics involved. There are many more factors to talk about (as JBIIRULES alluded to) besides PTOI to make it all come together. Nulixo is a private company and can talk about whatever they want with whomever they want. It sounds like they have been working hard trying to make this all come to fruition and are confident that they will be successful. It is just a very long/difficult process to get all of the pieces of the puzzle to align...PTOI is the final piece.
