Why don't you post a copy of the bankruptcy filing since you talk to Turner so often.

In the US a bankruptcy filing is available on Pacer 2 or 3 days after it has been filed..

Odd that there is always a delay with Turner - still no Big business plan or 10-K and no explanation as to where the $200k went.

But this is exactly how it was with Bignitz - always making excuses and attempting to defend the indefensible. And shareholders lost a great deal of money.
