Currently DEAD BEAT SELLERs borrow money for 3 or 4 weeks, provide a tracking number for an item they never ship but rather just provide a tracking number for (and 3 weeks later still waiting for them to drop the item off to begin the shipment process).
eBay is incapable of even refunding your money without making you wait another week to see if the DEAD BEAT SELLER responds!
A progressive company that had their act together would be monitoring both sellers and buyers to ensure commitments were being met... Instead of putting all of the burden on the buyer to initiate a case and then wait for a week for a refund...
So let's recap: eBay allows DEAD BEAT SELLERs to have a FREE 30 day loan and then really does absolutely NOTHING to change their behavior
