Linking back to the Centripetal vs Cisco case. I knew Cisco had decided to appeal but started wondering to who? I was assuming that was the appeal.
Anyway longish story short C vs C only took 2 years!

They did have a Markman Hearing on 2/6/2020 and we can see how rapidly the settlement was achieved... "Opinion Ordered".

"Cisco said it will appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Nov 30, 2020"

Centripetal has a long way to go if Cisco held back an ability to challenge their patent(s)(?)
