Nah...never happen. That how they FLEECE a brand new flock after an RS. The AS could be lowered with a simple document and filing fee to the State SOS that this ticker is domiciled in. But...then they'd have to file AGAIN to raise it and everyone would be able to see that document.

Once the peeps that got burnt to the ground in this RS leave they'll start AGAIN diluting the snot out of this ticker using it as a personal ATM. Of course the share structure won't be updated for years so newbies will never know until they decide to get "current" to run a PUMP and DUMP.

RS's NEVER work out to shareholders advantage.

Nice OS after the split, any word on taking an axe to the AS number?
