I did read that post and watched the video you referred to. But perhaps you missed some important questions about that video and the content of post 343742. No problem, I'll repeat them again:

Regarding the video you linked to, I must have missed the part where Buffett said to seek out triple zero, non-reporting, on the brink of revocation, grey market stocks with no revenues, no more shares to issue, and that offer no transparency and no annual meetings to its shareholders. I couldn't seem to find his formula for valuing a company based on one lengthy legal document with critical details redacted. I also had trouble locating the segment where Buffett explained how the cost of litigation can be used for investing decision making, especially when the amount of those costs is unknown, who paid those costs is unknown, how funding for those costs was acquired, and the track record for the litigation is 1 win and 1 loss.

Please point out the times in the video where those important items appear; it would be most helpful for any potential erhe investors.

Perhaps it would also be helpful to show where he says if all else fails simply start making up stuff - like huge short positions in secret foreign accounts, management master plan conspiracy theories, multiple dividends and 20,000% buyout premium on the way, false claims of libel suits and cease desist orders, done deals that just can't move forward.

I'm sure all that is in there somewhere, but I just can't seem to find it. Or maybe he made a follow up video to cover all those important items he forgot to include. Link please. Thanks
