It's simple logic, my friend.

I only need to know these:

- Debts << Assets
- NOLs
- Patents, R&D & Trade secrets
- Contracts
- Not bankrupt
- Best interest of ultimate shareholders.

The rest is just noise.

However, by the logic of some here, retail shareholders will lose all their investment while institutional shareholders were paid off secretly.

Let's ask what the Canadian & US judges say to that logic
and ask Mitsui what they received in return for handing over their Bioamber patents to LCY. Hint: not $1.
