Disturbing, but when they're ready, it will run hard.

There has been almost twice as much volume in this year since the exit from grey's, as the two years leading up to it.

Not sure if insiders have been dumping into the IS, or if the volume has been MM swaps.

IMO it's been a combination of the two. Some large holder has been selling (the pps is still more than 100% than before the pink designation), with MM suppressing the price with small swaps.
