Information posted here indicates that there are multiple existing profitable businesses which the new controllers plan to merge into agso in the future. I believe they will not merge any businesses into this shell until they are comfortable about AGSO history and current standing. The cleanup takes time. I also expect a change in corporate name and ticker symbol will probably come after most of the cleaning and due diligence is complete. These are typical steps and procedures when taking over a dormant corporate stock.
