what are you referring to about "going dark"??

i see a lot of posts stating that there are 4+ billion shares outstanding, but yet there have never been any sec filings to authorize and report that the shares have been reduced or ANYTHING showing any news of whats going on with their shares. for a reverse stock split, or any stock split, there has to be an SEC filing to be made publicly aware for all stock holders stating the fact of any kind of stock split. i have seen nothing showing any credible evidence of any reverse stock split anywhere, and what i look for other sources of info, all im seeing is that there are STILL about 8.2-8.3 billion shares outstanding.
