If Biden follows the "hedgies can't get rich" mantra of most Democrats, he will do just that. Take out the existing at maybe 50% par or possibly lower. (I used to say 75-80% par when the decision was under Trump admin). Then yes, reissue new way lower dividend prefs, which Im sure they will have a hrd time selling if 1. We are still under conservatorship. 2. Because investors will not buy until his socialist housing agends/policy is fully known. 3. Biden will try for lowest dividedend he can but many investors will recognize the risk factors have gone up on the twins, not down.
