News flash. The RI-DEM Department of Environmental Management issued the $SNPW Medrecycle Air permit.

The RI-Superior Court ruled in favor of SNPW and refused to revoke the SNPW Medrecycle EPA RI-DEM air permit, like I said they would all of last year.

From the Link you shared of the 10 month old online home owner petition:

"I am writing to register my concern regarding the proposed Med Recycler site for 1600 Division Rd approval for Tuesday night. This facility is very close to the residential area where I live , Signal Ridge, as well as many of the homes here are on well water. On the corner of Division and Rt 2, Med Recycler of New Jersey is proposing a medical waste recycling facility for 1600 Division Rd. The proposed facility is hoping to take in “anatomical waste, animal waste, contaminated animal carcasses, body parts and bedding, cultures and stocks, human blood and blood products, pathological waste, prescription drugs, spill cleanup material mixtures, and syringes and other medical “sharps.” It also may receive isolation waste, which is the material generated by patients that are isolated to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.” We have no idea if this contains E-Coli, staph, HIV and or COVID 19 waste products. The proposed facility is also planning to store up to 25 trucks of waste onsite. The term “synthesis gas” is not clear as to what will be produced. "

News flash folks, The waste coming out of human rectums is loaded with E-Coli. It contains HIV, some times blood from bleeding hemorrhoids or female periods, or TTissue used to clean up accidental cuts and Covid19 from covid19 infected humans in the stools. All right in their residential toilets.

If they read the air permit application like I did 10 months ago, they would know what the "syn gas" is and the actual emissions, and how the entire process works. It will be cleaner than their car exhaust. The US Navy developed Pyrolysis of Waste technology with US-NAVY-SBIR funding in the late 1990s. It is not new, and it is safe.

The petition author says the town uses local house hold well water in the town. That tells me what they be should be worried about is on site septic systems and underground aerobic treatment systems where home owners routinely do not maintain their disincetion and air feed systems and thus let COVID19 contaminated Human waste from home owner's toilets be sprinkled into the air and carried by the wind to the neighbors yards that was not disinfected due to poor waste water system maintenance.

Never mind that the home owners in that town with all those illnesses are contaminating waste they generate at home and put in the front yard trash cans that goes to the local town landfill and is never decontaminated to kill or disinfect the HIV, COVID19, and E-coli....etc.... before it is loaded on....wait for it... TRUCKS!!!

All of this stuff the author is raising hell about is already casually dumped in every home owners trash can at home in their front yards:

"human blood and blood products, pathological waste, prescription drugs, spill cleanup material mixtures, and syringes and other medical “sharps.”"

According to MD Anderson in the late 1960's the Most potent Carcinogen known to man is O2, Oxygen, with an extra electron, known as Singlet Oxygen.
And guess what, the Human immune system manufactures singlet Oxygen to kill and consume bad stuff.

And if they had bothered to check they would know the answer is yes to the need for an air permit, and that is why SNPW's Medrecycle knew to apply for and get an EPA NSR New Source Review Air permit from the EPA approved RI-state-DEM agency in RI before building the plant.

The Superior Court of RI already tossed out the baseless request to repeal the $SNPW MedRecycle Air permit.

One alternative option is for hospitals to collect all the waste from each patient and send them home with it? And let them deal with it?
