This CEO is unlike the other scrub CEO’s that have no previous credibility and only using the OTC as an atm

This CEO has an impressive resume with plenty of experience in raising capital and producing a profitable company.

Again, the new CEO is a venture capitalist. Think of the folks on the T.V. Show “Shark Tank”! He has money. Why would he take over this company if he does not see a way to quickly make money.

I still have no clue why the CEO publicly said no RS or increase AS when the stock really needs one.

What is his plans to deal with funding, debt reduction and revenue when he literally placed handcuffs on his ability to raise capital via selling shares
