tcor is not skull and cross bones! It is non reporting with sec , but it does report q reports.
PRED does not really fit the skull and cross bones scenario
1. fully reporting
2. penny stock exempt
3. independent board
4. #1 accountant in USA

I know that Canacord trades PRED, but do they allow the public to open accounts for buying or selling. I have not been able to get an answer.

Most brokerage firm personal don't even know what the "grey market " is.

I called FINRA they are pretty clueless as well -3 different section of FINRA and they are clueless.
