OR...Dr. Patterson took shares in the company after seeing what Leronlimab was capable of. Maybe seeing Leronlimab in action incentivized him to accept equity in the company.

And of course Feuerstein (I can't bring myself to address him as "Mr.") has an incentive to endlessly trash CYDY. It's an OTC pre-revenue biotech company with many naive, skittish shareholders thinking they've found the once-in-a-lifetime milliions-maker. It's perfect for shorting.

Noting wrong with making an FOIA request. There's everything wrong with trying to use such a request as "proof" of something that it clearly is not proof of, in an effort to scare shares out of those naive shareholders.
