dude - they expect a $13M Q1...$3M is not that much. If you are accusing me of being dumb, than I suppose Stu Barton is as well for accepting 80M Restricted shares (for 1 year) as partial payment of the SafeBus Tech acquisition. Who would take "worthless" shares ?

Same question for you about Stevens Family and Calvin Keys. Who accepts what will be worthless shares ?? They all did DD I'm sure
