XL Rent is Revoked in Nevada

Company dark since 2014 https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=10226511&guid=eVRKUWtVKkkASth last 8-Ks in 2012 and they did not read good they bought a fake pizza company and a bunch of shares got dropped on float some not registered it seems with TA.

Unless this gets cleaned up by a new custodian this is a POS being bounced around by former executives proxy or trade crew.
