We know 3 things:

- Deaths are readily available (no need to wait for the database lockup etc...) due to the trial continuous safety monitoring. These reports were compiled and shared with the FDA all along the trial and can now be freely accessed by the company

- Nader Pourhassan the CEO has ALWAYS been very agressive with Press Releases, pushing them out whenever he could even on ridiculously secondary topic (like scheduling a phone call with a regulator)

- But he mysteriously did not push any PR over the last couple days about the deaths

This follows the exact same path than the previous CD10 trial, which as the company recognized in the last line of its infamous Christmas Eve Dump, was a failure.
