Hook, I apologize for creating any doubt. I represent 48 investors informally who ask me to me to clarify these questions as they do not have time or are unwilling to do so. They include any manner of friends, family and lifelong associates to me and our collective position is very large. When they ask me for answers that I am unable to answer, I appeal to folks that do. I regret asking questions here..

I should have asked the question in a more benign way. The last thing I want to do is hurt the SP or belief in CYTODYN. I have re-read the guidance numerous times and now understand that it does not effect us as written. Thank you for your feedback. I will be exceedingly careful before I ever ask a question on this forum, if ever, again. The blowback has been in a few cases less than collegial.
