I don't want info about an investigation before it is published by the OSC or any approved party. I'm SURE that I could get anything Jim can get his hands on regarding SLJB with nothing but a phone call. I just won't put myself in that position. I could ask for a copy of the cement deal if I wanted to. Again, I won't do it because I am smarter than that and would rather wait for the company to put it out.

I can ask the company for ANYTHING and they will do what they can to give it to me. I am the one that is protecting myself by not getting it and putting myself in a legal issue. I believe them and I am confident they will pull through this. But that's just me...
