I just finished reviewing the 27 pages of the first class-action lawsuit that was filed against DECN and Berman. The named plaintiff is Anthony Sanchez. Sanchez got crushed, probably like many others, but in a way I don't have much sympathy for the obvious greed. On the trading day just prior to the SEC's civil action against DECN and Berman became public on December 14, 2020, the share price closed at .102. As of Friday, January 15, 2021, the DECN share price had plummeted to .01 or down 90%.

The class-action is specifically focused on the period March 3, 2020 through December 17, 2020. On December 18 DECN's closing price was .039. Based on the trading data that was included in lawsuit, it appears Mr. Sanchez was holding 815,000 DECN shares on December 18, which were purchased for approximately $370,000. As of December 18, 2020 these 815,000 shares were only worth approximately $32,600, an overall loss of nearly $340,000. Needless to say, Mr. Sanchez and those in a similar situation, are more than just little pissed at their hero, Keith Berman! Could Berman be in hiding?
